Introduction
This Lifetime Warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by Hear Care Direct, a UK-based company, to customers residing in the United States who purchase our over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids (the “Product”). By purchasing and subscribing to this Warranty, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This Warranty ensures transparency, compliance with UK and US laws, and superior customer satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers the following aspects of your OTC hearing aids:
Replacement
If your Product is deemed to fall within the terms of this warranty, Hear Care Direct will replace the unit at the discounted rates specified below:
- Audique Base: $25
- Audique Tone: $50
- Audique Tone+: $75

Lifetime access to our dedicated technical support team, offering troubleshooting guidance and product assistance.

Limits
Each policy holder can claim on their Lifetime Warranty once per calendar year.
Non-Transferable
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including battery replacements for non-rechargeable models.
- Consumable parts, such as ear tips, unless defective due to materials or workmanship.
Proper Use
The Product must be used as directed in the provided user manual.
Geographic Scope
This Warranty is valid only for customers residing in the United States.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Inspection
You may be required to ship the Product to our designated service center for inspection. Shipping costs to the service center are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement
If the issue is covered by this Warranty, Hear Care Direct will replace the Product at the discounted rate specified and cover return shipping costs to you.

Limited Liability
Hear Care Direct is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
Sole Warranty
This document constitutes the sole and exclusive Warranty for the Product. Any implied warranties, such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the terms of this Warranty.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Policy Modifications
Hear Care Direct reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time. Any changes will not apply retroactively to Products purchased before the modification date.
